Returns & Exchanges

At Anarchy Bat Company, we stand by the performance of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new, unused equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your bat is in its original shrink-wrap and all apparel is unworn with tags attached; items that have seen field use are not eligible for standard returns.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, include your RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
